Scoutspataljon is Estonia’s only armored infantry battalion – a highly prepared rapid reaction unit, which is the primary counter force to physical aggression and an elite unit representing Estonia in foreign missions. Every year, the Scouts are looking for a worthy addition to their ranks from among the reservists.

Being one of the Scouts means mentally and physically tough training, constant work on yourself, unceasing care to ensure readiness to respond, but also clear inner convictions. A true Scout is an unflinching operative in the face of danger to protect his brothers and home. To do this effectively, there must be a will.
