HÕFF, Haapsalu Horror Film Festival, is the annual milestone for all horror film enthusiasts, alive or deceased. And since Elisa, the presenter of the festival, and its new TV-service offer quite a lot of horror flicks, NOT connecting the two seemed more scary than any of the films there.
